Sister Project: Krasny Mediation

Krasny Coaching Inc

The Brief

Krasny Coaching is a business and executive coaching practice led by Scott and Keith Krasny, working with lawyers, law firms, finance, and technology companies to bring out the best in their leaders and teams. They needed a professional, welcoming website that could present a range of coaching services to a sophisticated audience, and a brand identity to anchor it.

I created the logo and full brand for Krasny Coaching, then designed and built a website around it, one that feels credible enough for C-suite and legal clients while still being warm and human. It’s one half of a two-brand system I built for the Krasny family of businesses, alongside Krasny Mediation.

The Challenge

Coaching is personal, but the clients here are high-level professionals, so the site had to earn trust on both fronts:

  • The brand needed to feel credible and established for law-firm, finance, and executive clients
  • It also needed to feel warm and human, because coaching is ultimately about people and growth
  • A range of distinct services (individuals, leadership teams, career change, next-generation leaders) had to be presented clearly
  • Prospective clients needed an easy path to request a consultation
  • And the identity had to be part of a cohesive family with the sister mediation brand, related, but not identical

Scope of Work

The primary objective was to create:

  • A logo and complete brand identity for Krasny Coaching
  • A professional website that clearly presents their coaching services
  • A clear path for prospects to request a consultation
  • A credible, welcoming presence for a professional clientele
  • A brand that sits cohesively alongside the sister mediation brand

The Solution

I handled this project from brand creation through design and development, building both the identity and the site it lives on.

Brand & Visual Direction

  • Designed the Krasny Coaching logo and built the complete brand identity from the ground up in Affinity Suite
  • Created the emblem, chose the brand color palette, and paired the fonts into one cohesive system
  • Built the identity to flex across both Krasny businesses: a shared core with subtle distinctions that give coaching its own warmer character

Design & Development

  • Built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro for a clean, professional, fully responsive design
  • Structured the site to present each coaching service clearly: individuals, leadership and executive teams, career refinement, and next-generation leaders
  • Gave Scott and Keith their own space so clients can connect with the coaches behind the practice
  • Curated professional imagery to reinforce a polished, trustworthy feel

Content Structure

  • Scott provided the copy; I organized it into clear, usable sections, wrote the section titles, and shaped the flow, so his words read easily and guide visitors through the site

Functionality

  • Built a clear consultation-request path so prospective clients can start a conversation easily
  • Set up a testimonials section so the practice can showcase client results

Results & Impact

The finished brand and website gave Krasny Coaching a polished, credible home online, one that speaks to demanding professional clients while keeping the warmth that coaching depends on. Paired with the mediation site, it gave Scott a cohesive brand presence across both of his businesses.

Ongoing Partnership

Krasny wasn’t a one-and-done project. I continue to support Scott on an as-needed basis, handling site maintenance whenever something comes up and helping with other marketing needs like ads. It’s the kind of ongoing relationship I value most, being the person a client can come back to.

Why This Project Matters

This project represents the intersection of strategy, design, and long-term scalability. By moving from a rigid, code-dependent site to a flexible Elementor-based system, Next Step Archery gained a website that supports both their community today and their growth tomorrow.
